Amanzimtoti
"Place of sweet waters" in Zulu.
This is the name we've given to the house and property that serves as our home away from home in Costa Rica and a base for the Cloudbridge Reserve project. These waterfalls, all on the Rio Chirripó Pacifica, are the ones we've discovered. There are others, some glimpsed but not yet photographed, on the Rio Chirripó, on the Uran, and on the stream we call Rivendell.

The Cloudbridge Reserve
From Casa Amanzimtoti, hike 600 meters on to reach the Cloudbridge Reserve, which adjoins the Chirripó National Park. This private reserve was established to preserve and reforest an important gap in the cloud forest adjoining the Chirripó Pacifico river on the slopes of Mt Chirripó.
